One Luxury Place Membership Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern issuance, redemption, use, and/or consumption of the One Luxury Place Membership and Benefits, One Luxury Place Vacation Rewards and One Luxury Place Vacation Exchange by each person who has the legal right to redeem or use such (“Redeemer”).
2. The issuance, redemption, use, and/or consumption of the One Luxury Place Membership and Benefits, One Luxury Place Vacation Rewards and One Luxury Place Vacation Exchange are administered and managed by International Cruise & Excursion Gallery, Inc. (“ICE”), a Delaware corporation doing business as One Luxury Place (“OLP”) and Our Vacation Center (“OVC”) with its principal place of business at 15501 North Dial Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, who is responsible for the fulfillment of One Luxury Place benefits.
3. Redeemer must be 18 years of age or older.
4. One Luxury Place membership provides the ability to earn and redeem Vacation Rewards (as identified in the “Earn Options” and “Redemption Options” schedule included within these terms), apply Vacation Rewards as a discount (as identified in the “Redemption Options” schedule included within these terms), exchange Vacation Ownership for discounted vacations (as indentified in the “Exchange Options” schedule included within these terms) and purchase Best Price Guaranteed vacations (as identified in the “Best Price Guarantee” schedule included within these terms). One Luxury Place members may also purchase vacations without redeeming Vacation Rewards (as indentified in the “Travel Purchase” schedule included within these terms).
5. Vacation Rewards are valid for the partial payment of select vacations as identified in the Redemption Options schedule only when redeemed through One Luxury Place and have no separate cash value. Vacation Rewards are surrendered upon redemption and cannot be redeemed a subsequent time. One Luxury Place Redemption Options and rates are subject to change.
6. Vacation Rewards are earned for vacations as identified in the Earn Options schedule at a rate as indicated in the Earn Options schedule included within these Terms. One Luxury Place Earn Options and rates are subject to change. Earned Vacation Rewards are issued thirty (30) days after final payment is made for the vacation that was purchased to earn Vacation Rewards.
7. Members can redeem Vacation Rewards at per reservation increments as identified in the Redemption Options schedule for the partial payment of Redemption Options. Vacation Rewards do not equate to exact dollar amounts. Cruise Redemption Option Savings are displayed in dollar amounts per stateroom, are based on double occupancy, valid on select sailing and stateroom categories and are indicated in the Savings section of the Redemption Options schedule. Non-Cruise Redemption Options Savings are displayed in dollar amounts per vacation, regardless of length of stay, valid on select inventory and are indicated in the Savings section of the Redemption Options schedule. Other restrictions may apply. All One Luxury Place Savings and Redemption Options are not always available on every vacation, sailing and stateroom category. One Luxury Place members must call 1-866-881-8245 for One Luxury Place savings for Redemption Options if not represented on OneLuxuryPlace.com.
8. Earned Vacation Rewards, which are issued as a result of a vacation purchase, are valid while the One Luxury Place membership is active. Bonus Vacation Rewards, which are issued as an activation bonus, are also valid while the One Luxury Place membership is active.
9. Vacation Rewards cannot be transferred from the account of origin, whether as a gift or otherwise, and can only be redeemed by the person who earned them. Vacation Rewards can be used for non-member bookings.
10. Cancellation of any vacation, booked using Vacation Rewards after the vacation is in full penalty, results in the forfeiture of the Vacation Rewards used in making that vacation booking.
11. All pricing and discounts are in USD.
12. To become a One Luxury Place member applicable membership fees must be paid. If payment plan is elected, membership fees must be paid in full ninety (90) days prior to a vacation travel date.
13. The membership, and the benefits afforded members, shall be provided to the member for the term of the membership purchased and any renewal thereof, unless terminated by One Luxury Place for cause under these Terms and Conditions.
14. Member may renew membership by calling member services at 1-866-881-8245. Renewals will be accepted from those members who are current with all membership dues and are in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
15. In the event member allows the membership to lapse, a reinstatement fee may be payable to One Luxury Place before the membership is renewed and member can use any benefits of the membership.
16. Member may cancel membership by calling One Luxury Place at 1-866-881-8245 then providing One Luxury Place written notice of cancellation to One Luxury Place (attn: Cancellation Coordinator), 15501 North Dial Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ, 85260, or by fax to 602-308-1949 within five (5) days of receipt of membership materials. Cancellation requests received more than five (5) days after receipt of materials are not entitled to a refund. Any Vacation Card and/or Vacation Cash Associated with membership will be extinguished upon cancellation.
17. Any and all claims, complaints, suits, or actions, whether at law or equity and based upon the earning, use, or redemption of Vacation Rewards, shall be filed in the appropriate court in Maricopa County, Arizona.
18. By activating this One Luxury Place membership you are authorizing ICE and its affiliates and subsidiaries to market cruise and vacation products and related promotions to you through mail, email, telephone solicitation and automated phone messaging.
19. At times Vacation Rewards may be applied to military, senior citizen, past guest, and residential rates. These rates are only available via phone by calling One Luxury Place, are only available on select cruise lines, sailings and stateroom categories. Other restrictions and proof of qualification may apply.
20. The Best Price Guarantee requires written proof of the availability of the identical vacation purchased at a lower rate within 48 hours of booking. Verifiable proof is required of public availability of lower rate at time of booking and must be for the identical accommodations (including Cruise, ship, sailing date and stateroom category, Resort, accommodation and destination), not in violation of any cruise line pricing policy, available and advertised to the general public. Not valid on prices requiring a call-back or on pricing offered in e-mails that are not also advertised on public access web-sites, or otherwise available to the general public. Consolidator, group, charter, incentive, interline, meeting and convention prices are excluded. Our Cruise Price Guarantee is valid for the cruise fare only at the time of booking. The amount by which One Luxury Place will match/beat a price will vary at the discretion of One Luxury Place. Member is responsible for any change or cancellation fees. Best Price Guarantee, when applying Vacation Rewards, is valid after discounts are applied to booking. BEST PRICE GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO AIR TRAVEL. If you qualify for a military rate, you must request such at time of booking and be able to provide proof at time of booking and boarding.
21. Vacation Exchange and Ownership Deposits:
1. Vacation Exchange options and savings are available on travel products as identified in the Vacation Exchange Options schedule. Vacation Exchange is not combinable with Vacation Rewards redemption.
2. All members must be in good standing with their home resort, vacation plan, or vacation club and all subscription, maintenance, and/or membership fees must be paid current as reported by the resort, vacation plan, or vacation club to OVC.
3. Vacation Exchanges enable members, during the term of their One Luxury Place membership, to deposit Vacation Ownership with OVC to partially pay for vacations as identified in the Vacation Exchange Options schedule.
4. OVC provides travel services and is an authorized Seller of Travel. OVC does not provide Vacation Ownership exchange services.
5. Member may deposit their Vacation Ownership through a written deposit form provided to OVC or over the telephone with a One Luxury Place representative. These terms and conditions apply to all methods of deposit utilized by member.
6. Members making a Vacation Ownership deposit with OVC and requesting an OVC Cruise Vacation receive the One Luxury Place exchange pricing for up to four (4) double-occupancy cabins purchased during a single transaction as a result of their Vacation Ownership deposit.
7. A maximum of one (1) Vacation Ownership deposit is allowed per cruise cabin. Use of accommodations is subject to certain cruise line age requirements.
8. By depositing Vacation Ownership with OVC, members represent and warrant to OVC that the following: (1) Member has, or will have at the time of deposit, the legal right to use or assign the use of the deposited Vacation Ownership and all corresponding amenities; (2) the deposited Vacation Ownership has not been and will not be assigned, offered or made available to any third party; (3) the physical accommodations of member’s Vacation Ownership are in good and usable condition; and (4) all maintenance fee assessments, taxes and other similar charges applicable to that Vacation Ownership have been paid or will be paid when due. By depositing Vacation Ownership in the OVC resort pool, member relinquishes all rights to use that Vacation Ownership and agrees that OVC may use such deposited Vacation Ownership at its sole discretion. In the event member deposits the designated Vacation Ownership with another entity or otherwise renders the Vacation Ownership unavailable to OVC, Member shall be responsible to pay OVC the member purchase rates in effect at the time the vacation was booked. OVC reserves the right to charge member’s credit card for the difference between the exchange pricing and the purchase pricing.
9. OVC will accept Vacation Ownership deposits as early as two (2) years in advance or as late as two (2) months prior to the start date of the Vacation Ownership occupancy. Deposits less than two (2) months prior to the start date of the Vacation Ownership occupancy are permitted if pre-approved by OVC and are subject to a $150 deposit fee.
10. Members who own “flexible”, “floating”, or “points-based” Vacation Ownership may be required to obtain resort confirmation/verification of their Vacation Ownership prior to depositing their Vacation Ownership with OVC.
11. Vacation Ownership deposits will be accepted so long as member’s resort is in good standing with OVC pursuant to the terms and provisions of its Resort Affiliation Agreement with OVC. The suspension, termination, or non-compliance of OVC’s affiliation with your Vacation Ownership Resort may, at OVC’s discretion, invalidate your ability to deposit Vacation Ownership.
12. There is no fee for depositing Vacation Ownership from a resort affiliated with, and in good standing with, OVC.
13. In the event a member requests the return of a deposited Vacation Ownership, OVC will take reasonable steps to return the unused Vacation Ownership deposit, provided the member has not utilized the deposit toward a cruise or experiential vacation or if OVC has not sold the deposited Vacation Ownership. A service charge will be applicable for each returned Vacation Ownership deposit.
14. For each deposit confirmed by OVC for the benefit of the member and any other users of the member’s account, the member shall be liable to pay to OVC all applicable fees and taxes required to process and confirm the vacation request unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by OVC.
15. If within twenty-four (24) months following the initial deposit of your Vacation Ownership, member has not requested and/or accepted a cruise or experiential vacation through OVC, member will lose all credit for that deposit.
16. Options available to members for the deposit of Vacation Ownership, and the procedures and conditions governing vacation requests and updates provided thereafter are set out on Member’s website. Such procedures and conditions are incorporated herein in their entirety. Vacation Ownership deposits and vacation requests are accepted subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions.
22. General Terms:
1. One Luxury Place is a trademark of ICE.
2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Arizona law. All complaints must be filed in the court of proper jurisdiction in the state of Arizona, county of Maricopa. ICE reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the One Luxury Place program in its sole discretion.
